Court Orders Seizure of Over 1 Billion AMD from Gagik Tsarukyan's Daughter and Son-in-Law for Armenia
The Anti-Corruption Court has ruled that over 1 billion 286 million AMD and a claim for 264 thousand US dollars will be seized from Gagik Tsarukyan's daughter and son-in-law in favor of Armenia. This ruling marks the second decision by the Anti-Corruption Court regarding the confiscation of illegally obtained property.
The court, presided over by Judge Narine Avagyan, has ordered the seizure of 9177/10,000 of a property located in the village of Arinj, Kotayk province, and an entire land parcel at 29/2 Tandzaghbyur Street in the Tsaghkadzor community. Additionally, 2000 shares of 'ACBA BANK' LLC are included, as well as the right to claim the unreturned portion of a loan amounting to 264,000 US dollars. It was also stated that a total of 1,286,545,113 AMD will be seized from Karapet Guloyan in favor of Armenia.
This information has been provided by the 'Judicial Authority'. The decision will come into legal effect one month after its publication and can be appealed to the Court of Appeal of the Republic of Armenia within a month from the date of publication.
