Zakharova Comments on Armen Grigoryan's Statement

This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, during a press briefing in response to the statement made by the Secretary of the Armenian Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, who said that "Russia came, took Nagorno-Karabakh from us, returned it to Azerbaijan, and then left."

“What is important is that such figures, being representatives of the government, demean their own people,” Zakharova noted. It should be mentioned that the Secretary of the Armenian Security Council had said today: “Russia came, took Nagorno-Karabakh from us, returned it to Azerbaijan, and then left; this is the whole truth. I insist that Russia took Nagorno-Karabakh.”
