Armenia has received 10 packages of proposals regarding a peace treaty from Azerbaijan. This was announced by Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, during a conversation with journalists.
“The process is quite dynamic; sometimes there is progress, but sometimes there is not. We are working on it,” Grigoryan stated.
