Photos: Roof Covering Falling on Passersby, Says Sukiasyan
Manuk Sukiasyan has published photographs on his Facebook page, commenting that "The roof covering from the building at 5 Sayat-Nova Street is falling on passersby and vehicles." Later, Sukiasyan shared another photo, stating, "New 'collapse': We barely escaped from the debris."
