FIFA Aims to Host 2030 World Cup Final at Real Madrid's Stadium
The International Football Federation (FIFA) hopes to hold the final of the 2030 World Cup at Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, according to the Spanish online publication Marca.
The final match of the World Cup 2030 is planned to take place in the summer across Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay will host one opening match each for the tournament.
The 2030 World Cup will occur exactly one hundred years after the very first World Cup in history. The current world champion is the Argentine national team, which triumphed over Italy in the final.
The 23rd World Cup is set to take place in 2026, hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The tournament's final phase will last just over a month, from June 11 to July 19. The final will be held at MetLife Stadium in the United States.
