Citizen Attempts to Jump from Church Roof

On June 26, at 17:08, a call was received by the crisis management center of the Syunik Regional Rescue Department, reporting that a citizen in the village of Verishen intended to commit suicide by jumping from the roof of a church. This was reported by the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

A firefighting and rescue unit from the regional rescue department responded to the scene. Rescuers safely brought down D. A. (born in 2004) from the roof of the church.
