International Criminal Court Issues Arrest Warrant for Shoigu and Gerasimov, Details Charges

The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for former Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu and Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov. They are charged with attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure and causing harm to civilian populations.
