Temperatures in Some Regions Will Exceed 35°C: Weather in Armenia

In the territory of the Republic of Armenia, from June 24 to 28, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in certain areas in the afternoon. This information was provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

The wind will be southeast at a speed of 2-5 m/s, with wind gusts of 18-23 m/s expected during thunderstorms. In the evening hours, in the foothills of Aragatsotn, Armavir, and Kotayk, wind gusts of 16-20 m/s are anticipated. The air temperature will not change significantly.

In Yerevan, short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible in some parts of the city on the evenings of June 24 and 28, with wind gusts of 16-20 m/s expected during thunderstorms and in the evening. From June 25 to 27, dry weather is forecasted.

On June 24, daytime temperatures in the capital will reach 33-35 degrees Celsius, while in the evening, temperatures are expected to drop to +26...+28 degrees.
