On This Day, the Maximum Temperature Recorded in Yerevan Was 40.2 Degrees

The Director of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, Levon Azizyan, writes: "During this time of year, especially for those complaining about the heat, in 2021 the maximum temperatures recorded in Yerevan from June 22 to 25 were:

• June 22 - 38.0 degrees
• June 23 - 40.2 degrees
• June 24 - 41.1 degrees
• June 25 - 41.0 degrees

These recorded temperatures have been extremely high, exceeding the normal range by 7-8 degrees throughout the observation period."
