27-Year-Old Man Stabs 20-Year-Old Woman in Metsamor

On June 20, community police officers in Metsamor received information about a dispute occurring in one of the buildings in the city's first district. An operational group from the Metsamor police department was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that around 11:30 AM, during a quarrel over domestic issues, a 27-year-old man from the village of Mayisyan stabbed a 20-year-old woman, M. H., in the abdomen, causing severe bodily harm.

The young man was later located, arrested, and taken to the Metsamor police department. The 20-year-old woman was transported to the hospital. As part of the initiated criminal proceedings, a knife, which was the instrument of the crime, was found during the search of the aforementioned apartment.

The 27-year-old man has since been transferred to the custody of the Armavir police department.
