Rain, Thunderstorms, Possible Hail: Weather Forecast

Significant parts of the Republic of Armenia are expected to experience rain and thunderstorms today, with heavy rainfall possible in isolated areas, as well as the likelihood of hail. This has been reported by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

According to the announcement, the wind will be coming from the southwest at a speed of 2-5 m/s, with wind intensifying during thunderstorms, reaching speeds of 18-23 m/s.

The air temperature is not expected to change significantly. In Yerevan, a brief rain and thunderstorms are anticipated after noon today, with the possibility of hail in certain areas. Wind intensification is expected during thunderstorms, with speeds of 16-20 m/s. From June 21 to 24, dry weather is expected.
