Nasrallah Threatens Israel and Cyprus with War
The leader of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, has threatened war against Israel and Cyprus. This was reported by Reuters.
In a televised address, Nasrallah stated, “In the event of a larger war in Israel, there will be no safe place for them from our missiles and drones.” Referring to operations in the Mediterranean Sea, the Hezbollah leader added that Israel “must now expect us on land, in the air, and at sea.”
For the first time, Nasrallah also threatened the EU member country of Cyprus, accusing it of opening its airports and bases for Israeli exercises. “The Cypriot government must be warned that opening Cypriot airports and bases for Israel to target Lebanon means that the Cypriot government has become part of the war, and we will treat it as such,” Nasrallah stated.
