VIDEO: Polish Farmers Dump Pig Manure at the Border Due to Muslim Migrants

Mariam Z.

Polish farmers have dumped pig manure along the border with Belarus in hopes that it will deter illegal migrants from Muslim countries. This was reported by the organization "Protest of Polish Farmers" on the social media platform X.

According to one of the protestors, farmers are hopeful that illegal migrants will not pass through the pig manure. "We will show that we are in solidarity with Poland's security forces and demonstrate to the government how to protect our territory. Everything will be done in accordance with the law," said the activist.

Every day, around 200 individuals attempt to cross the Polish-Belarusian border. Polish border guards have complained about the aggressive behavior of migrants, who have thrown stones and wooden sticks at them. Recently, an illegal immigrant stabbed a Polish soldier, who later died in the hospital.

On June 13, Poland established a buffer zone along its border with Belarus, extending over 60 kilometers. Access is prohibited within 200 meters of the border over a 44-kilometer stretch, and within two kilometers over a 16-kilometer zone.

The Belarusian State Border Committee has reported that Polish security forces have beaten migrants and fired rubber bullets at them.
