Ronaldo is Our Leader and Captain, Says Cancelo

The Portuguese national team and Barcelona defender João Cancelo has praised the role of the team's captain, 39-year-old striker Cristiano Ronaldo of Saudi club Al Nassr.

“Ronaldo's 6th Euro is a result of hard work, talent, and all his achievements. Cristiano is our leader and captain,” Cancelo's words were quoted by Mundo Deportivo.

On June 18, Portugal will face the Czech Republic in the first round of the group stage.
