VIDEO: Footage of Axe Attack on People in Hamburg Released, Suspect Injured

Footage of an axe attack on police and fans in Hamburg has been released. The Hamburg police subdued a man with an axe near one of the city's main tourist streets, Reeperbahn.

The police fired at him while he was threatening fans during the Euro 2024 event. According to the Bild newspaper, the man exhibited aggression towards the police and attacked them with the axe. Initially, the officers used pepper spray before being forced to fire their weapons. He was injured in the incident.
