Residents of Nerkhin Hand presented the main issues of the village to Nikol Pashinyan. The construction of the drinking water pipeline is currently underway. In response to Pashinyan's question about the most important issue in the village, the villagers stated that the problem is with the roofs, and Pashinyan promised that it would be resolved soon.

Pashinyan also spoke about border demarcation, stating that it should also be carried out in Nerkhin Hand. He showed the residents the barbed wire installed in Voskepar after its border demarcation.

“Now that we have done the border demarcation in Voskepar, this is the situation; the fence is erected, security is ensured, neither cattle nor people can pass through, and at night, people can sleep peacefully. We must do the same here, because that is the solution, people,” he said during a conversation with the residents.
