Self-determination of Artsakh and the Status of Artsakh Means It Should Be Part of Azerbaijan, Says Nikol Pashinyan
The concepts of self-determination of Artsakh and the status of Artsakh have been misunderstood within the Armenian reality, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during a session in the National Assembly.
“Both signify that Artsakh must be part of Azerbaijan, while in the Armenian context, all of this has been misunderstood, because since 1996, the Armenian public has not had access to the Lisbon document, and there was no internet in 1996,” he said.
Pashinyan noted that the Armenian feudalistic elite has deceived and misled the Armenian people to seize and maintain power. “This is the whole truth about Artsakh,” he added.
