Since 2020, the statements made by Levon Ter-Petrosyan and the political force he leads have shaped my perceptions regarding the article "War or Peace. The Moment for Seriousness." This was stated today, June 13, during his speech at the National Assembly discussing the government's performance on the 2023 budget.

"The recent statements, along with Ter-Petrosyan's attempts to unite the clerical-feudal elite, reveal that those declarations are actually not a failed attempt to resist clerical-feudal deception, but rather an inseparable part of clerical-feudal deception itself. Why? Because Ter-Petrosyan and the HAK claim they did not say or mean that territories should be returned, and that they have not claimed that the independence of Artsakh is impossible. This is undoubtedly and unequivocally part of the clerical-feudal deception," he stated.
