Artsakh President Responds to Nikol Pashinyan
The military-political leadership of Artsakh, which is currently in Baku, remains a living hostage while securing the evacuation of our population. This was stated by the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, during a conversation with journalists, in response to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's remarks in the National Assembly yesterday, describing them as essentially deserters.
According to Shahramanyan, the people of Artsakh have witnessed three wars, enduring not merely two hours, as claimed by Pashinyan, but for 32 years. ‘Any Artsakh resident over the age of seven has seen three wars; we have emerged each time, only to realize hours later that we were alone, and it was impossible to resist Azerbaijani forces with a ratio of 12 to 1. We had to save lives, and that is what the government of Artsakh has done,’ Shahramanyan said.
He also added that he would provide a detailed response to these issues soon.
