Tigran Khzmalyan Denied Entry to Georgia, Returned to Armenia on Foot
Julya
On June 12, 2024, the Georgian border police did not allow me to enter Georgia, where I was headed for a one-day business visit. This was stated by Tigran Khzmalyan, the president of the European Party of Armenia, on his Facebook page.
“After being held for three hours, my passport was returned to me without any explanations, and I returned to Armenia on foot. Happy Russia Day…” he wrote.
