VIDEO: Woman Ties Dog to Car in Sochi, Forces It to Run

In the Krasnodar Krai region of Russia, a foreign car was spotted with a dog tied to it. This incident occurred in Sochi, as reported by Gazeta.ru.
The woman tied the dog to the car and made it run behind the vehicle. Footage from the scene shows the animal sprinting after a black car.
When other drivers confronted her, the woman responded, "It's none of your business," and simply accelerated the car.
