NSS on the Possible Crossing of the Armenian Border by an Azerbaijani Soldier

The National Security Service (NSS) has not received any factual information regarding the possible crossing of the Armenian border by an Azerbaijani soldier. This was reported to Auroranews by the NSS.

“Additional clarification will be provided if further information arises,” noted the NSS press center.

Earlier, it was reported that the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense announced that a soldier named Jeihun Huseynov had gone missing under unclear circumstances in the Sadarak region of Nakhchivan. There were rumors in the media that an Azerbaijani soldier had crossed the Armenian border in the Vayots Dzor (Areni) area and that he had been detained.
