Biden Says He Will Not Pardon Son in His Judicial Case

Biden made this comment during an interview with ABC News and responded 'yes' when asked by a reporter if he would accept a verdict in Hunter's case.

The President also answered 'yes' when queried whether he would exclude granting a pardon to his son. Hunter Biden is accused of lying to a licensed firearms dealer, providing false information required for background checks. In the application, the President's son claimed he was not a drug user, which has been shown to be untrue, and he illegally possessed a handgun for 11 days.
