Certain Sections of the 7th Building in the 'Revival' Neighborhood Must Be Dismantled – Tigran Avinyan

The 7th building in the 'Revival' neighborhood located on Monte Melkonyan Street is facing the need for dismantling certain sections in relation to the completion act of the construction and the agreement with the developer, stated Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan during a conversation with reporters.

“Certain sections must be dismantled as they do not comply with the project, and an application must be submitted for the completion act,” he noted.

Regarding the excavation works, the mayor mentioned that approximately 80,000 m² of work has already been completed this year.

“Aside from the excavation work, we will be conducting medium repair works on about 55 km of roads in Yerevan,” said Tigran Avinyan.

The mayor emphasized that this year they have stricter requirements for urban development.

“This year we have discussed and confirmed in the investment committee the project for constructing the bridge and road connecting Tbilisi Road to Yeghvard. There is a project for the Arshakuniats-Isakov roads, and the expropriation processes are currently underway,” he added.
