Another Month to Utilize 50 Percent Bonus Component: Ministry of Internal Affairs

Another month is available to utilize the 50 percent bonus component. This has been announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

“Citizens continue to benefit from the components of the bonus system implemented as a result of the MIA's legislative reforms. For two months, they have been able to settle obligations arising from violations committed until April 5 with a 50 percent reduction through the bonus component.

As a result of utilizing the 50 percent bonus component for obligations not under compulsory enforcement, 99,996 citizens have settled their obligations based on 243,683 penalty decisions, with a total of 1,023,352,047.9 AMD deposited into the state budget.

Regarding obligations that are under compulsory enforcement, utilizing the bonus component has shortened 134,360 enforcement proceedings, resulting in the collection of 596,093,151 AMD.

It is noteworthy that until July 5, citizens can settle both obligations under compulsory enforcement and those not under enforcement with the 50 percent bonus component. Additionally, as part of the next phase of the bonus system, 66,292 citizens have settled their obligations through a 30 percent reduction component based on 89,886 penalty decisions, with 541,677,074 AMD deposited into the state budget,” the statement says.
