Ashen Body of Man Discovered Near Cemetery
A mysterious and tragic incident occurred today, June 4, in the Kotayk province. Around 11:00 AM, the Kotayk regional department of the Armenian police received operational information simultaneously from the Hrazdan and Tsaghkadzor police stations regarding a vehicle parked near the Tsaghkadzor cemetery. It was reported that there was a man's burned body next to the car, according to Shamshyan.com.
Police officers, patrol units, and investigators found an Opel vehicle at the scene, with the ashen body of a man located close to it. While investigators and forensic experts worked on-site, police uncovered that the deceased was a 68-year-old resident of Yerevan named Armenak P.
The circumstances of the incident are under investigation to determine whether it was suicide (self-immolation), murder, or an unfortunate accident.
