Fire in Yerevan: Residents Suffer from Smoke Inhalation

On June 1, at 00:55, the National Crisis Management Center received a report about a fire that broke out in one of the apartments on Israelian Street No. 39 in Yerevan. This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Two firefighting units, an aerial ladder, and a duty group from the Firefighting and Rescue Operations Organization Department were dispatched to the scene. It was determined that the fire had started in the kitchen of the apartment (about 10 sq. m).

The fire was contained at 01:54 and extinguished at 02:08. The kitchen and its furnishings were burned, along with approximately 10 sq. m of the rooftop.

Residents K.G. (born in 1990) and E.Y. (born in 1998) suffered from smoke inhalation and received medical assistance on-site from emergency workers.
