VIDEO: Strikes on Kharkiv, Casualties Reported
Russian missiles have once again struck Ukraine's second-largest city, Kharkiv, resulting in at least three fatalities and 16 injuries, local authorities reported early Friday morning.
It was noted that the missiles hit a five-story residential building, a three-story shop, and a sewing factory. Regional Governor Oleg Sinegubov stated that the attacks utilized a "double strike" technique, with a second strike occurring immediately after an initial hit on a specific target.
According to preliminary information, S-300 missiles were employed in the assault. Sinegubov also reported that at least two children were injured as a result of the attack. The number of casualties is expected to rise.
Kharkiv has been subjected to multiple Russian attacks in recent weeks.
