What the Army is For According to Nikol Pashinyan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke about the change in the ruling majority's perception of the army during the preliminary discussion of the annual report on the implementation of the 2023 state budget of the Republic of Armenia at a joint session of the permanent committees of the National Assembly.

"The army is necessary for the Republic of Armenia not as an instrument of war, but as an instrument of peace, like all other state institutions," said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
