Water Levels in Rivers Decrease Across the Republic
As of May 29, 2024, at 08:00, a decrease in water outflows has been observed in the basins of the Debed and Agstev rivers compared to the measurements taken on the evening of May 28 at 20:00. At the Ayrum observation point on the Debed River, the water discharge has decreased by 46 cubic meters per second, amounting to 142 cubic meters per second. Similarly, at the Stepanavan observation point of the Dzoraget River, the discharge decreased by 8.10 cubic meters per second, resulting in 55.4 cubic meters per second. The Gargarr observation point also showed a decrease of 23 cubic meters per second, totaling 57.7 cubic meters per second.
At the Tumanyan observation point of the Pambak River, the water outflow has decreased by 11.2 cubic meters per second, now standing at 44.0 cubic meters per second, compared to the previous measurement of May 28 at 20:00. The Tashir River's discharge has dropped by 0.60 cubic meters per second, currently at 16.0 cubic meters per second.
In the Agstev river basin, the Dilijan observation point recorded a discharge of 12.4 cubic meters per second as of May 29, 2024, at 08:00, showing a decrease of 1.1 cubic meters per second from the reading taken on May 28 at 20:00. At the Ijevan observation point of the Agstev River, the water outflow decreased by 11.5 cubic meters per second, bringing the total to 62.0 cubic meters per second.
