Today, an incident occurred during a joint session of the permanent committees of the National Assembly between opposition "Armenia" faction MP Agvani Vardanyan and ruling "Civil Contract" faction MP Andranik Kocharyan, who also heads the National Assembly's Permanent Committee on Defense and Security.
