Ukraine Must Be Able to Strike Military Targets Inside Russia, Macron

We must allow Kyiv to strike military facilities located within Russian territory, from which this country is launching attacks against Ukraine. This statement was made by French President Emmanuel Macron during a joint press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

“We believe that we should allow them (Ukraine) to neutralize the military facilities from which missiles are launched, and primarily the military facilities from which attacks are carried out against Ukraine. However, they should not have the right to hit other targets in Russia, clearly civilian targets or other military targets,” he said.
