General-Major Title Granted to Colonel Sergey Petrosyan upon Proposal of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan
Based on the proposal of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, President Vahagn Khachaturyan has signed a decree granting the military rank of General-Major to Colonel Sergey Hovsepi Petrosyan, the head of the Military Cartographic Service of the Armed Forces of Armenia.
