Gas Supply and Electricity Restored in Akhtala: Aren Mkrtchyan

Gas supply and electricity have been restored in Akhtala. Provision of food and essential supplies is being carried out via the intermountain road. MP Aren Mkrtchyan from the parliamentary group of the ruling My Step faction announced this on his Facebook page.

"We are in blocked Akhtala. Gas supply and electricity have been restored in Akhtala. Provision of food and essential supplies is being carried out via the intermountain road. The Akhtala Medical Center, headed by Director Karen Azaryan, is once again operating 24/7, and there is no issue with medication supply as deliveries are being conducted properly. We have met with residents, discussed solutions to their problems, and have gathered new issues," the MP wrote.

It should be noted that by government decision, several communities in the Lori and Tavush regions of Armenia have been declared disaster zones due to flooding caused by heavy rains, and an operational working group has been formed.
