We see that attempts are being made again to present territorial claims against us. This was stated by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
"We are also monitoring recent events and see that new attempts are being made to present territorial claims against us. Therefore, we must be ready at any moment. Of course, first and foremost, we must strengthen our army, and we are doing this," he said.
