Body of 64-Year-Old Resident Found in His Home

Today, on May 27, a murder occurred in the Lori region. Around 5:50 PM, operational information was received by the Lori Regional Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia and the Tumanyan Police Station regarding a murder in the village of Odzun.

Before the police arrived at the scene, a report was received from the Alaverdi Medical Center to the Tumanyan Police Station that the emergency medical team had been dispatched to a house on 5th Street in the village of Odzun, where a man's body had been discovered.

Upon arrival, police found the body of 64-year-old L. Khechumyan in the corridor of the specified house, showing signs of injury to the head. According to initial forensic conclusions, there are three signs of injury on the head.
