We will soon move from the Republic Square to the 'Government Summer Residence, expecting to meet you (Nikol Pashinyan).' This was announced by Bishop Bagrat during the rally organized under the slogan 'Tavush for the Fatherland' at the Republic Square.

Addressing Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Bishop Bagrat urged him to come and meet with those gathered and the tens of thousands of others, not just as a politician but also as a man. 'If you are not coming, then you have exhausted your legitimacy alongside moral legitimacy. When you talk about sovereignty, is it possible that you are being instructed from somewhere else to mock your own people?' he stated.

As he announced that he was going to the government-designated summer residence, he asked the gathered crowd: 'Are we going together?' 'Yes!' the square responded.

Bishop Bagrat indicated that they would now proceed together to the summer residence. He emphasized that they would move peacefully, without provocations or unnecessary tensions. 'Those who fail to maintain this discipline have no relevance to this movement; they are infiltrators who have come merely to provoke and disrupt the movement,' the bishop declared. He also called on law enforcement to ensure the citizens' march.
