The time has come for you to leave peacefully and quietly without any movement; the people will guarantee this peaceful departure. We will be waiting here until you find a way to meet, so we can discuss and leave peacefully. There is no other way," he said.

The Bishop also addressed the police forces. "Guys, I hope you understand the situation we are in. I am confident that for you, money is not more important than the people and the state. I am also sure that you talk among yourselves about the truth. Those helmets you are wearing are unnecessary; your sisters and brothers are here, they will not harm you, and the same applies to you," he said.
