Transport Connection Established via Akner-Haghpat Gorge with Haghpat and Tsaghkashat Villages, Says MP

In the disaster zone, in addition to the 7 specified settlements (Aghtala, Karkop, Shamlugh, Bendik, Mets Ayrum, Chochkan, Pokr Ayrum), the connection was cut off with 5 more communities in the Alaverdi municipality—Shnogh, Teghut, Naghots, Haghpat, and Tsaghkashat (5200 residents)—due to the collapse of the M6 interstate road. This was announced by Aren Mkrtchyan, a member of the National Assembly from the 'Civil Contract' faction, on his Facebook page.

“A transport connection has been established via Akner-Haghpat gorge with Haghpat and Tsaghkashat villages. The villages will be sufficiently supplied. The connection and supply with Shnogh, Teghut, and Naghots will be ensured through the Tavush region starting from the Archis section,” the MP reported.
