I swear, not a single millimeter of Armenia's territory has been ceded. This was stated by Nikol Pashinyan during a conversation with one of the residents of Kiran, where he presented a map from 1976 and explained that the delineation is based on this.

The resident of Kiran pointed out that Pashinyan had sworn from the podium of the National Assembly. "This is the legally justified map that outlines the borders of Soviet Armenia and Soviet Armenia," Pashinyan noted.

The resident countered that if no land had been ceded, then why are people being compensated? Pashinyan responded, "We are providing compensation because the person is not guilty. If it turns out that there is guilt, then it is the official who is to blame for putting the person in that situation."

Additionally, today Nikol Pashinyan published a video on his Facebook page, stating that he visited the new school being built in Kiran and later talked with the residents of Kiran.
