Explosion on Gas Pipeline in Iran Leads to Casualties

An explosion occurred on a gas pipeline in Abadan, located in western Iran. According to the ISNA news agency, the municipal administration's head reported that the incident resulted in the deaths of two workers and left two others injured.

"As a result of the gas explosion in Abadan, a residential building has collapsed. Two workers died, and two others were injured," the statement said.

Initial reports suggest that the explosion happened due to the neglect of safety protocols by one of the private telecommunications companies conducting excavations in the area.
