Iranian People Should Feel Better After Raisi's Death: Blinken
Julya
The Iranian people should feel better after the death of President Ebrahim Raisi due to his reprehensible actions. This was stated by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken during hearings in the Senate.
“Considering the horrific actions he committed as a judge and as president, yes, the Iranian people should feel better,” he said in response to Senator Ted Cruz's question regarding whether the world has become a better place after Raisi's death.
It is noteworthy that on May 20, the U.S. State Department expressed official condolences for Raisi and the other politicians on his helicopter who were involved in the crash.
