Hand Grenade with Fuse Found in Young Man's Backpack

On May 21, at 2:55 AM, police officers from the Armavir region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stopped a Nissan vehicle on Yerevan Street in Parakar while on duty. The 26-year-old passenger was arrested on suspicion of illegally possessing and carrying weapons and ammunition, and was taken to the police station in Vagharshapat.

A personal search revealed an F1-type hand grenade with a fuse in his backpack. The prepared documents have been sent to the investigatory department of Vagharshapat.
