Everything Will Be Clarified, Those Responsible Will Be Punished Severely: Tigran Avinyan
While we are talking here, Yerevan residents are waiting at the bus stops. This was stated by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan during a meeting with drivers.
“Waiting for residents at the stops is more important than anything we do here. Each of us is responsible for serving this city. When one of us starts to work improperly, the system collapses. The primary task is transferring people,” he declared.
Avinyan also announced that he will have a separate meeting with Andranik Manukyan tomorrow. “Every issue, every problem has its methodology for being raised correctly. If you want to say that Mr. Manukyan is being unfairly dismissed, maybe. I promised him that I would accept him separately, we will talk, I will listen to the arguments, and I will hear the financial figures he presents,” he said.
Avinyan added that in March, the average daily tax collection was 20.5 million drams, and in April, it was 24.5 million. At this level of figures, there is clearly a problem.
“Everything will be clarified, those responsible will be punished severely. If it turns out that people unrelated to the issue were dismissed, they will be reinstated,” he announced.
