Yerevan Metro Issues Announcement on Payment Systems

Yerevan Metro has issued an announcement regarding payment systems.

"We inform you that the payment systems in Yerevan Metro are undergoing a complete overhaul. New gates with an updated payment system have already been installed and are being tested at the 'Barekamutyun', 'Marshal Baghramyan', and 'Yeritasardakan' stations. A total of 49 gates will be installed across all stations within the next month.

We would also like to inform you that 15,743 passengers have already utilized the new payment system," the announcement notes.
