Shooting and Murders in Kotayk Province

Shooting and murders occurred today in Kotayk Province. Around 19:10, operational information was received at the main department of the Criminal Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia and at the Kotayk provincial division of the police, indicating that shots were fired in a location near the church in the city of Hrazdan, resulting in casualties and injuries.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, police officers and patrol personnel discovered a male body, a pistol, blood-like traces, and an Opel vehicle at the scene. It was determined that two individuals were transferred with gunshot wounds to the Hrazdan Medical Center, where one of them reportedly died.
