Gnel Sanosyan, I do not know how you found yourself in the ministerial chair, but your service will not come cheap.

This was stated today by Bishop Bagrat from the yard of St. Anna Church, addressing the Minister of Urban Development Gnel Sanosyan publicly: “You are simply fulfilling the whim of a person who is a liar from end to end. And you have become directly involved in the implementation of that lie. You are going to the villagers, convincing them, offering money,” Bishop Bagrat scolded.
