Former Chief Prosecutor: The Current Prime Minister of Armenia Must Resign

Former Chief Prosecutor of Armenia Artur Davtyan stated that the current Prime Minister must resign. This announcement was made after a meeting with Bagrat Serbazan and academic scholars near the 'Nemesis' memorial.

He emphasized, "In Armenia, power belongs to the people. There cannot be anyone who opposes this constitutional and spiritual truth. I am here having signed a statement alongside scholars, demanding the resignation of the current Prime Minister. I also believe that the current Prime Minister must leave. I think that in this critical and difficult situation, no solution is being proposed.

I characterize the demarcation process not as a bad solution, but rather as a lack of solutions. To speak loudly that if the people do not solve this, there will be war, let there be war. But you, as the Prime Minister of Armenia, must ensure that we win even during wartime; this is a method of intimidation. It is unacceptable to give up your home every day under the threat of war," he stated.
