Enough of Brazenly Trying to Apply Pressure: Peskov

Some issues in Russian-Chinese cooperation are linked to the pressure exerted by Washington on Beijing, but China is strong enough to counter this. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia, in an interview with Izvestia.

“There are also attempts by the United States and other countries to again brazenly try to exert pressure on China in order to limit its cooperation with us in maneuvering issues. But the Chinese are strong enough to oppose this,” the Kremlin representative mentioned.
