VIDEO: U.S. Secretary of State Sings and Plays Guitar in Ukraine
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, on a working visit to Ukraine, played guitar and sang at a café in Kyiv. This is not the first time the Secretary has showcased his musical talents. Last September, he played guitar and sang as part of the U.S. State Department's musical diplomacy program.
